How do I get started?
Simply fill out our online registration form, and then wait for an email from our activation team to let you know when your new account is ready to go.
Accounts are typically activated within 24 hours, but may take longer if we require further documentation to support your application. If this is necessary a representative will contact you to request this documentation.
Once your account has been activated we will be able to lock-in rates for you, and walk you through the next steps in making an overseas payment.
We can also provide you with a number of helpful tools, such as a rate tracker that can monitor the market for your desired rate to become available, or we can discuss a forward contract that allows you to lock-in today’s rate for a trade you wish to conduct in the future.
